4-7-8 Breathwork

Join me for Dr. Andrew Weil's 4-7-8 Breath-work. Research has shown that short-term practice (approximately 6 weeks) can improve cognition, decrease anxiety and improve heart rate variability. Reduced hypertension, decreased fatigue, improved migraine symptoms and decreased aggressive behavior have also been cited as possible benefits

Three Minute Voo Breath-work

This is a breathing exercise comparable to an “Om” in yoga and is taken from Dr. Peter Levine’s Somatic Experiencing. This is a favorite among many and can be done in times of stress or part of your daily routine. In a matter of about 3 minutes, you may notice a substantial shift in clarity and peace.
